Cooking with Concord Ceramic Cookware
This set is interesting. Its lightweight and not heavy to lug around. Since it is aluminum and light, water seems to boil faster. The frying pan is a little different, you need to cook at a lower temperature so your food doesn't burn. Usually just under the medium setting. Pans clean up nice... -
