What about stone cookware? aka “earthenware”?… you know, the stuff that Koreans & Japanese have been using for centuries?…. I think ceramic cookware is great, but earthenware is also great… you can buy a big stone bowl for about 20 bucks at asian grocery stores, ebay or other online places (mrs kims or wherever).. kinda hard to leech metal into your food if you’re cooking in a rock bowl. lol

@shiggadee keep on dreaming. our system is not like others. and by the way eat what you want. If you search around you will find different advices from all sort of doctors and specialized people…and nothing fits! vegetables can not be eaten by the way without cooking…or let me say it this way you can eat everything raw but u will not get out of it what you need. saying this is not true would be stupid.
