Excellent knife
My husband (commercial fisherman) has been using this knife for 4 years, it is his favorite fillet knife (he has 10 different fillet knives on board). So we finally bought one for home. Excellent quality, if purchasing, make sure it is the 'Classic' series, they have other series (ie; Emeril)... -
perfect
A carpenter friend once told me "If you're working too hard, you're not using the right tool." I just bought this knife and bought a fish on the way home and put it to use right away. The meat came away from the skin with near perfection (and that was on my first try!) and very little waste....

Arrest made in high-speed chase that shut down I-90
A Pennsylvania man armed with a nine-inch filet knife led authorities on a high-speed pursuit Saturday afternoon on Interstate 90, authorities said.
A Wisconsin State Patrol trooper tried to stop Michael Witwer’s car about 4:30 p.m. near West Salem after Witwer fled from Love’s Truck Stop in Oakdale, Wis. Witnesses at the gas station said Witwer, 33, showed a knife and threatened to cut the store manager’s throat when he was confronted for shoplifting, according to the La Crosse County Sheriff’s Department. Witnesses reporting the threat said they may have seen uncased firearms in his car.
Witwer gave the middle finger to the trooper and fled west on the interstate at more than 80 mph, state patrol Sgt. Luke Yahn said. The trooper sped past him, then moved into Witwer’s lane and slowed down.
Witwer stopped his car on the Mississippi River bridge and was cooperative during arrest, Yahn said. Authorities closed the interstate briefly during the arrest.
Fillet Knife Wahoo Killer Review | Hummingbird Fish Finder
I bought 10 of these knives just for general use and abuse for tackle boxes, first-aid kits, survival kits, cars, etc. These are very high value knives, are very easy to get razor sharp, and even have useful plastic sheaths. They are really too thick to actually be used as fillet knives, but they are still useful for many other things.

Onto the main course and I chose the Yorkshire fillet steak with chips (£25) from the specials menu, which sounded delicious. My dining partner went for the calzone stuffed with Italian sausage, mushrooms, ham, garlic and cheese, costing £10.95.
